[After this thread, Kurt just couldn't take it anymore. Ugh, Rachel and her conceited, bossy, ego-centric, badly dressed self. Why did he have to be stuck here with her of all people? Well, Ms. Pillsbury was there too, but among his peers, he was stuck with Rachel. Where were Mercedes, and Finn, and Tina, and, well, anyone else except Puck? She had taken over the glee club enough times at McKinley though - just the thought of sitting by and letting her force her way into the leadership role made him cringe.

Apparently she had been thinking something similar, because when he entered the hall to go speak to her, she was there already, just two doors down. They stared at each other, for a second or so. Then, they knew there was only one way to settle this. An impromptu diva off, right here, right now. Rachel's big broadway voice has already been heard over the network, but this is the first time Kurt has sung for everyone. Kurt's voice is very high, and feminine. He could easily be mistaken for a woman if there wasn't video to go along with it.

Oddly enough though, even though they're about to sing out how much they hate each other, their voices actually harmonize nicely. Neither of them seem to notice they're being recorded.

What is this feeling,
So sudden and new?

I felt the moment
I laid eyes on you.

My pulse is rushing;

My head is reeling;

My face is flushing;

What is this feeling?
Fervid as a flame,
Does it have a name?
Yes! Loathing
Unadulterated loathing

For your face;

Your voice;

Your clothing;

Let's just say - I loathe it all
Ev'ry little trait, however small
Makes my very flesh begin to crawl
With simple utter loathing
There's a strange exhilaration
In such total detestation
It's so pure, so strong!
Though I do admit it came on fast
Still I do believe that it can last
And I will be loathing
Loathing you
My whole life long!

I was told there are events, and that they get worse than the last one, but it seems people would rather I learn from experience than give me any kind of details.

I am. I'm a Sophomore, a 10th grader. What about you? []

The events are unpredictable since they're based on memories. Once we thought we were the person we hate the most. Once there were zombies. Once we all switched genders.

I'm technically in my second year of middle school, but I'm sixteen. [Yeah idk, his canon is weird on this topic.]

And those really all came from people's memories? [] I guess that makes sense with that other thing. It must have been a memory of someone's family then, right? Honestly though, those all sound extremely terrible for a whole variety of reasons, and I'm glad I missed every single one of them.

Oh. That makes us the same age then. []

Yeah. They're not always exactly right, obviously, but they're based on our memories. Like the one from my world, we all changed ages but...well, it just didn't really work the way it normally does.

You're American, right? I didn't think the American school system was so different from the Japanese system that our grades would be that far apart.

Someone mentioned that one. They said they turned into a six-year-old.

...Wait, there's a way for that to work normally?

Right. I'm from Ohio. I honestly don't know how the grade system works in Japan, but that does seem like a weird gap.

There's a weapon in my world that lets you switch with yourself ten years in the future if you're shot with it. But it malfunctions sometimes.

Middle school and high school are three years each. So you'd be a first year in high school. Age-wise I probably should be, too, but our school year starts in April, and we don't have the long break you do. [He knows all this because he's a huge nerd.] Besides, I'm only in school to help Juudaime until he graduates.
